Northwinds IPA and OMNES IPA Joined Forces on August 1, 2025, to Create an Expanded Healthcare Network Across New York State with a Focus on Value-Based Care and Innovation

The combined organization will serve 80,000 patients through 36 providers spanning 34 counties from the Canadian border to Pennsylvania. The Northwinds name will be retired and the new entity will continue as OMNES IPA.
