Northwinds IPA began as a Behavioral Health Care Collaborative (BHCC) in 2017 through the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS). Today, Northwinds is comprised of 8 providers with Article 31 and 32 licensures. We focus on collaborative care to improve patient experiences, to advance care integration and quality, and to demonstrate impact on established and emerging metrics.
